Description
The subject matter of the Contract is the performance of a construction project which is at the same time the executive documentation for the construction of gas pipelines in Przybyszewo, Lasocice gmina Święciechowa along with obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining a building permit decision with a clause of last resort, performing preliminary works, investor's cost estimates (design) and exercising author's supervision. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract (OPZ) and the methods of its performance is contained in Attachment No. 1 to the contract (a specimen contract constitutes Attachment No. 3 to the ToR).
