Description

The subject of the contract is the "preparation of the design documentation for the execution of construction works concerning the construction of the gas network in msc. Scope: - medium-cable gas pipeline dn63PE RC, L= approx. 150,0 [m] - medium-cable connection dn32PE RC, L= approx. 3,0 [m], 1 item - gas cabinet, 1 item.On the basis of conditions for connecting to the gas network constituting attachment No 2 to the contract.
1) preparing a construction design, a detailed design and a works estimate for the task entitled: "The development of the design documentation for the execution of construction works concerning the construction of the gas network in msc. Leźno, plot no. 162/82; UP/00437985", based on the gas network connection conditions enclosed as Attachment No. 2 to the contract;2) acquisition of all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final construction permit decision from the competent authority on behalf and for the Ordering Party;3) preparation of the investor's cost estimate;4) exercise of the author's supervision.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract (POZ) constituting Annex 1 to the contract and in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
