Description

Preparation of the design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the n/c gas pipeline together with the connections in the city centre. Toruń Jarzębinowa Street with author's supervision according to the material scope: - gas pipeline n/c dn 125 PE L approx. 151.50 mb- gas connections dn n/c 63 PE L approx. 225.50 mb, 15 pcs.Detailed scope of works: 1) execution of a construction and executive design, traffic organization design, surface reconstruction design and works ahead of schedule:2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf and for the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit,3) making investor's cost estimates,4) performing author's supervision including five one-off author's supervision services,5) registration of the building logbookThe design documentation should consist of: 1) a paper version consisting of: a) the building design (without the documents included in item A of the Prospectus), 5) the design documentation should consist of: 1) the paper version consisting of: a) the building design (without the documents included in item B of the Prospectus), 5) the design documentation should consist of: a) the building design (without the documents included in item B of the Prospectus, 6) the design documentation should consist of: a) the design design design documentation (without the documents included in item B of the Prospectus), 6) the design documentation should consist of: a) the design design documentation (without the documents included in item B of the Prospectus. b) - 2 copies in paper form, b) construction project (formal part, i.e. the consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of the plots where the gas network runs, extracts from the land register) - 2 copies in paper form, c) executive project - 3 copies in paper form, d) pre-completion of works - 1 copy in paper form, e) investor's cost estimate - 1 copy in paper form, f) traffic organization project - 2 copies in paper form, g) road surface restoration project - 2 copies in paper form. The road surface restoration project must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary area for reconstruction (m2) and divided into its types, i.e.: asphalt, paving stones, tile surface, etc.,2) Electronic version on electronic medium containing documentation: consisting of: a) Non-editable documentation consisting of files containing complete Documentation, content reflecting the paper version b) Non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above-mentioned documentation should be made in the following manner:- After the approval of the documents. PDF files should be created on the basis of editable files, scanned paper documents that were only in a paper version or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, approvals, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).- A PDF file cannot be protected against printing nor can it have any password.- The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in appropriate sharpness, attention must be paid to the legibility of stamps and signatures.Note: The formal part of the design document containing consents, statements, agreements of landowners of plots through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register etc. absolutely must constitute a separate catalogue/file.c) Editable version of the design document should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, collective statement of costs) - files *.d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of prints, stickers, technology allowing to burn inscriptions or images on plates, etc.) with the following data: - After the design document has been approved by the competent building authority.
