Construction and detailed design for reconstruction of the gas pipeline n/c with gas connections Strzelno, Św. Ducha_1515/2019. Material scope: a) gas pipeline n/c 160 PE L= 355,00 m,b) connections n/c 63 PE 31 pcs. L= 226.00 m,a) construction project (without documents included in item b) - 2 copies in paper form, b) construction project (formal part, i.e.: consents, declarations, agreements of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register) - 2 copies. in paper form, c) detailed design - 3 copies in paper form, d) the size of works - 1 copy in paper form, e) investor's cost estimate - 1 copy in paper form, f) traffic organisation design - 2 copies in paper form, g) surface restoration project - 2 copies in paper form. The surface restoration project must be agreed with the road manager with the exact extent of the necessary area for reconstruction (m2) and divided into types, i.e. asphalt, cobblestones, tile surface, etc.,2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing documentation: consisting of: a) Documentation in a non-editable version consisting of files containing complete documentation, the content reflecting the paper version.b) Non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above-mentioned documentation, which should be prepared in the following manner:- After approval of the design documentation by the competent body of the construction administration (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned.- PDF files should be based on editable files, scanned paper documents that were only in paper form or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, approvals, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).- The PDF file cannot be protected against printing or have any password.- The contents of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in appropriate sharpness, attention must be paid to the legibility of stamps and signatures.NOTE: The formal part of the project documentation containing consents, declarations, agreements of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register, etc. absolutely must be a separate catalogue/file.c) Editable version of the project documentation, which should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary of costs) - files *.ath and *.xml for cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, provided to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying.d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by printing, stickers, technologies allowing to burn inscriptions or images on discs, etc.) with the following data: - After approval of the design documentation by the competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses), it must be scanned.- Full name of the task.- Number of the task contract with the date of signing the contract.- Name of the Documentation Contractor.- Month and year of preparation of the documentation.- No of the next version and date of modification.
