The subject of the contract is to provide services related to the execution of project documentation on the task: "Amendment of the building permit decision of the Starost of Kielce No. 1212/2013 of 24.07.2013 in the vicinity of the city of Zajączków" in accordance with the issued technical conditions.2. The Purchaser informs that the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the information contained in the "Information obligation" available on the website of the Purchaser address: https://www.psgaz.pl/obowiazek-informacyjny.3. The Orderer declares that he has the status of a large enterprise within the meaning of art. 4 point 6) of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions.4. The subject of the contract is the performance of services related to the execution of the project documentation on the task: "Amendment of the building permit decision of the Kielce Starost No. 1212/2013 of 24.07.2013 in the vicinity of Zajączków" according to the issued technical conditions, in the following scope:2.2.1.1.1. s/c PE gas pipeline of 250, with a length of approximately 2 200 m,2.2.2. obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, from a competent authority, the final decision on the building permit, or making a notification on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority of the intention to commence construction work or construction not requiring the obtaining of a building permit,2.3. execution of investor cost estimates,2.4. exercising author's supervisionX3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract, Contractor's obligations and other terms and conditions of contract performance constituting a more detailed description of this description of the subject matter of the Contract can be found in Attachment No. 1 to the model Agreement (DESCRIPTION OF THE ORDER) - Attachment No. 8 to this Specification of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the ToR), which is also its integral part.X4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6 or Art. 134 par. 6 item 3 of Act X5. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to the reservation provided for in art. 93 sec. 4 of Act No. X6.
