Description

The subject of this order is the execution of construction works on the task entitled "Construction of a section".
G road from the crossroads with national road no. 28 from Sikorskiego street together with the construction of a viaduct over the railway line no. 108 and the construction of technical infrastructure in Krosno".
The project is a road and bridge investment, covering the construction of a road section together with the construction of 2 bridge facilities located in the city of Krosno. A detailed description and specification of the subject of the contract is included in the Attachment to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract and project documentation. Within the framework of the contract, it is planned to perform all necessary construction works related to
extension of the second roadway of the bypass along with land development. The Contractor shall be obliged to commence and perform activities related to the execution of the object
order immediately after signing the contract with the Purchaser. The Contractor shall be obliged to take inventory of road traffic data of the road register and road signs, and to
entering them into the databases possessed by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to include in the bid price all the costs necessary for the proper performance of the contract.

The Labour Code requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ the following persons under a contract of employment to perform the following activities within the scope of contract performance: performing physical work related to construction works, in particular: earthworks, demolition works, carpentry works, concrete works, reinforcement works, bituminous works, paving works, electrical works, teletechnical works, sanitary and gas works. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority is entitled to perform control activities in relation to
the contractor's or subcontractor's compliance with the requirement to employ persons under a contract of employment for the activities described above. The Awarding Authority shall be entitled in particular to - demand statements and documents in the scope of confirming the fulfillment of the above mentioned requirements and making them
request explanations in case of doubts as to whether the above requirements have been met,
- carry out on-the-spot checks on the performance of the service.
The Contractor shall be obliged to enable the Purchaser to carry out such inspection, including the provision of
necessary explanations, information and present documents allowing to verify the performance by the contractor of the obligations indicated above.
