Description
This call for tenders is organised with a view to the award of the prime contractor contract for the rehabilitation of building 017 of the STIRN annex in Strasbourg. The objective is to house the care and expertise centre of the 5th Army Medical Centre. This rehabilitation will make it possible to create a medical centre in a single structure intended to support the training of the 3 armies and the gendarmerie stationed in the geographical area of the defence bases. The method of devolution decided by the contracting authority is allotment, the contracting authority will propose at least 4 separate lot contracts to the contracting authority.
