Description
The Government Property Agency (RWS) intends to optimise the internal layout of the Prinsenhof office building on the ground, 1st, 4th and 12th floors. The layout on these floors is no longer suitable for the Tax and Customs Administration's operations.The optimisation is also a natural opportunity to upgrade the security of the premises to comply with the Normenkader Beveiliging Rijkskofforen (NkBR) (Security standards for state offices), which includes the replacement of the security installation comprising the following components: - burglary detection and alarms - CCTV - access control The assignment relates to the study, advice and design for the modification of the above-mentioned floors to suit the work processes of the Tax and Customs Administration and within the frameworks of the Fysieke Werkomgeving Rijk (FWR) (Physical Work Environment of the State).
