The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the maintenance of road lighting equipment on the property of the Municipal Roads Authority in Poznań, including: - Maintenance of the entrusted property in good technical condition in terms of electrical, light and aesthetics - Conducting passports, technical documentation and geodetic inventory of lighting facilities (based on geodetic maps provided by other contractors after the implementation of the investment).- Participation in the final acceptance, disappearance of works on the construction of new lighting and modernized road lighting.- Participation in post-warranty acceptance.- Operation in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2012), Documentation and removal of damage caused by third parties or random events (road accidents, storms) consisting in the preparation of photographic documentation, immediate removal of obstacles, disassembly of damaged equipment and their removal within 6 hours of receiving information about the event, protection of the place of the event against the possibility of electric shock and ensuring the continuity of broken electrical circuit.- Ensuring constant ability of the Contractor to remove emergency conditions and provide telephone contact throughout the day - Ensuring safety of work on roads (during the activities), and, if necessary, developing and agreeing on a traffic organization design and marking according to this design in a way that minimizes traffic obstructions. maintenance of electrical connections in cabinets, column recesses and luminaires - Replacement of safety devices, repair of luminaires by replacement of stabilization and ignition systems and lampshades:- Replacement of light sources with recycling:- Washing of lampshades and replacement of damaged lampshades:- Cleaning of lampshades.- Cleaning of reflectors.- Testing and possible correction of reflector or source positions. Aesthetic scope: - Painting of columns, booms, recesses with anti-corrosive oil paints in RAL 7043 (traffic Grey B) for steel columns (with special paints for galvanized columns in case of galvanized columns) and in black (RAL 9005) for stylized columns, with a 3-year warranty against corrosion.- Straightening of slanting columns in real time - Straightening of bent or twisted booms and luminaires in real time - Filling in missing closures of column recesses in real time. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in replacement of road lighting elements in the property of the Municipal Roads Management Board in Poznań, damaged as a result of third party actions, traffic and other events, including: - Replacement of the road lighting pole together with the safety plate; - Replacement of the decorative pole (poles collected from the ZDM warehouse, Poznań, ul. Replacement of a lamp shade in a wall lamp; - Replacement of a glass pane in a floodlight; - Straightening of a lamp; - Replacement of a column foundation; - Replacement of a damaged boom; - Replacement of a defective road lighting fitting with the installation of a new light source; - Replacement of a defective road lighting fitting with the installation of a new light source (lamps without a light source collected from the ZDM warehouse, Poznań, ul. Replacement of a damaged housing of a lighting cabinet with one that meets the following requirements: O protection class at least IP44; O protection class II; O two-part cabinet - part I (measuring) opened by each lock, part II (circuit protection) opened only by one lock; - Conducting works in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2006, Preparation in electronic form: photographic documentation of the performed repair, a report on the repair including the results of measurements and specification of the type of repaired elements, notification of the repair and transmission of the documentation to the Ordering Party, - Materials and equipment necessary for the performance of the contract shall be provided by the Contractor on his own effort and at his own expense and shall obtain all required permits and approvals.
