Description

The contract comprises the following supplies and services: - supply and installation or acquisition of metering devices for energy for the measurement of electricity and natural gas, - provision of periodic inspections and the necessary maintenance of the metering devices supplied, as well as the correction of malfunctions of the metering device, - fulfilment of the role of metering company for the metering devices supplied and/or taken over, - performance of statutory tasks in accordance with the metering code, including, but not limited to, this:-- to read the measurement data, or in case of remote reading, to collect the measurement data, to store the measurement data and to determine and validate the consumption on the basis of the measurement data,- to send the data such as consumption data, reactive power consumption and feed-in to the grid operator(s),- to deliver measurement data to the principal for the placed and taken over meters, in a file format to be determined by the principal,- the collection of measurement data from small-scale smart meter connections by the regional grid operator by means of the P4 data collection (ODArol) and the supply of these measurement data to the client, - the provision of the possibility of local digital reading of the energy meters (small-scale consumption, large-scale consumption and A1 meters), - the provision of an online meter register to the client, - the provision of (an instrument for) online consumption reporting to the client.
