Description

The thermal system of the military complex includes the following infrastructure: facilities, installations and equipment and equipment for generating heat for central heating (central heating) and domestic hot water (hot water), as defined in the list annexed to the technical specification.The Contractor is obliged to maintain good technical condition of the Technical Infrastructure of the Thermal System:1) piping systems; 2) shut-off, safety, control and measurement, regulation fittings; 3) measuring, pumping, regulation, supply and control devices and subassemblies; 4) ventilation and flue gas discharge piping; 5) anti-corrosion protection for installations and fittings;6) fixing of devices, subassemblies, fittings and pipes; 7) shielding and reconstruction of heating devices, switchgears and electrical pipes; 8) elements of the whole building or a part of the building handed over to the protocol in a proper technical condition, in accordance with the provisions of the Act "Construction Law" and in particular the article "Construction Law". 62.
