Description

Selection of an Energy service company (ESCO) for the purpose of awarding the contract for the concession of goods and the energy performance contract, through public-private partnerships (art. 180, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016), for the energy requalification and energy management of n. 6 public buildings owned by the municipalities of Borgomanero and Ghemme, including the supply of fuel, routine maintenance, extraordinary maintenance of energy requalification and the operation of heating systems and hot water to ensure the standards of comfort prescribed in current legislation also in terms of saving, containment and energy optimization, in a single lot, to be implemented with third-party financing (FTT) pursuant to Article. 2, paragraph 1, letter m) and art. 15 of Legislative Decree no. 115/2008 and in relation to the principles and purposes of Legislative Decree no. 102 of 4.7.2014.
