Description
The Works include widening and modifying part of the campus road, constructing a
footpath and cycle track, modifications to boundary wall and entrance finishes, installation, disconnection, removal and/or diversion of above and below ground site services including medium voltage electricity, gas, fibre, telephone, water, foul and surface water drains requiring the removal of trees, hedgerow and rocks with the provision of new landscaping including hedgerows and trees.
