The subject of the order is the delivery of a sanitary ambulance type C according to the current standard PN-EN 1789 in the amount of 1 piece equipped with the following medical equipment:lp.; name of the device; number of pieces per vehicle:1; stretcher; 1;2; mechanical chest compression device; 1;3; transport chair - staircase; 1;4; rescue sheet; 1.
"Delivery of sanitary ambulance type C intended for transport of persons with significant obesity, the so-called bariatric ambulance "1. The subject of the order is delivery of sanitary ambulance type C according to the current standard PN-EN 1789 in the amount of 1 piece equipped with the following medical equipment:lp.; name of the device; number of pieces per vehicle:1; stretcher; 1;2; device for mechanical chest compression; 1;3; transport chair - staircase; 1;4; rescue sheet; 1.The Ordering Party reserves the right to install in type C ambulances the devices of Command Support System (SWD) consisting of GPS module, printer with base, portable tablet with base (docking station) and handle. The Contractor will provide power supply voltages and control signals to SWD system devices in accordance with the technical specification of the description of the subject of the order in section V means of communication.The Contractor will make and install the holders for the docking station of a portable tablet as well as the holders for the printer.The costs of making the holders and installation will be included by the Contractor in the price of the offer, while the places of installation of the devices will be indicated by the Purchaser after concluding the contract.2Detailed specification of the subject of the order is contained in the attachments: no. 5 and no. 4.
