Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), Suffield Research Centre (SRC) requires on-site emergency medical personnel - Primary Care Paramedics (PCP) and Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) - to be in attendance for field trials, training programs, and remediation projects as per schedule, and on an "as and when requested" basis. The Contractor must also be able provide an emergency vehicle, as needed, when the government furnished vehicle is unserviceable.

The estimated period of the Contract is for three (3) years from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

This requirement is limited to Canadian services.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
