The purpose of the contract is to carry out all the works and supplies necessary for the construction of:1. new school premises for the primary school; 2. refectory and annexed service premises; 3. gymnasium and accessories; 4. external accommodation and road network of the Municipality of Spino d'Adda (Cremona). As partial consideration for the contract, the real estate property Primary school via della Vittoria 55 Spino d'Adda will be sold with the obligation to demolish the existing building.The price of the contract will therefore be paid in part through the sale of the real estate. The object of the contract is the execution of all works and supplies necessary for the construction of:- new school premises for the primary school,- refectory and annexed service rooms,- gymnasium and accessories,- external accommodation and road network of the Municipality of Spino d'Adda (Cremona).Included in the contract are all the works, services, supplies and provisions necessary to carry out the work completely completed and in accordance with the conditions set out in the special tender specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics set out in the executive project with the relative annexes, also with regard to the construction details and executive plans of the structures and the relative calculations and systems, of which the contractor declares to have taken full and exact knowledge.As partial consideration for the contract, the real estate identified in the previous notice of sale (desert) https://www.comune.spinodadda.cr.it/procedures/news-detail.aspx?argument=bando-di-gara-per-l-alienazione-edificio-scuola-primaria-20191231 - with the obligation to demolish the existing building - is to be sold. The works contract and the sale of the real estate as partial consideration, with the obligation to demolish the building, constitute two inseparable legal transactions, none of which can have independent effect. The value of the consideration put out to tender (EUR 460 000) takes into account all the costs relating to the obligation to "demolish" the entire school building. The value is derived from the valuation report carried out by the Inland Revenue Agency.
