Description

The object of the contract is the supply and maintenance of passenger counting systems (hardware and software) on board STIB buses and trams, as well as the study of the integration of this equipment and the training of STIB teams. As an option, the installation of passenger counting equipment on buses and trams during the night and/or at weekends. The automatic passenger counting equipment (referred to as "CoVo" in the rest of the document) will meet the following needs:- to achieve satisfactory counting accuracy (detection error of maximum 5% per 1 000 passengers);- to provide IN/OUT counting data per gate;- to create files summarising raw counting data and operating information in flat format: for example .The STIB currently has 63 trams and 425 buses equipped with passenger counters. The intention is to equip at least 375 additional vehicles with a passenger counting system over the next few years. The subject of the contract is the supply and maintenance of passenger counting systems (hardware and software) on board STIB buses and trams, as well as the study of the integration of this equipment and the training of STIB teams.The automatic passenger counting equipment (referred to as "CoVo" in the rest of the document) will meet the following needs:- to achieve satisfactory counting accuracy (detection error of no more than 5 % per 1 000 passengers);- to provide in/out counting data per door;- to create files summarising raw counting data and operating information in flat format, for example .CSV;- communicate with the vehicle on-board computer (counting files, logs, counting equipment updates);- enable real-time communication of counting information.It will also be required that the proposed systems meet the following requirements:- the module which communicates with the vehicle on-board computer must have a 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet interface;- communication with the vehicle on-board computer must be based on the MQTT 5 protocol.0;- the equipment supplied under this contract must be supplied with a nominal voltage of 1 = 24 V;- if the metering equipment is installed above the doors, there are constraints which imply that:-- the dimensions of this equipment may not exceed the following dimensions L 142 mm × W 90 mm × H 45 mm;- only one piece of equipment may be installed per door;- the equipment making up the metering system must be able to communicate with each other in IP format;- the metering data must be recorded in flat, non-encrypted files summarising the raw metering data and operating information, in flat format: for example.The duration of the contract is ten years. Exceeding the maximum duration of eight years is necessary in order to ensure that the STIB is maintained uniformly throughout the equipment.
