Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic analytical balance for the Department of Marine Biotechnology of the Institute of Oceanography of the University of Gdansk.
The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic analytical balance, hereinafter referred to as "apparatus" for the Department of Marine Biotechnology of the Institute of Oceanography of the University of Gdańsk. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the ToR. The contract includes: delivery, bringing in, installation of the apparatus in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, checking the operation of the apparatus and training at least 2 persons of the Ordering Party in the basic operation of the apparatus. The place of delivery of the apparatus will be Gdynia, Department of Marine Biotechnology at the Institute of Oceanography of the University of Gdańsk based at al. marsz. Piłsudskiego 46, 81-378 Gdynia, room 110 S.The Contracting Authority requires a manufacturer's guarantee for the equipment for not less than 24 months, however the Contractor may offer a longer guarantee period taking into account the provisions of chapter XIV of the ToR - the manufacturer's guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. Detailed warranty provisions are included in § 6 of the draft contract - Appendix 5 to the ToR. Order completion deadline: up to 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.
