Description

The UniBw M is conducting the pilot project "VITAL-SENSE" within the "Center for Integrated Sensor Systems (SENS)". In this project, UniBw M is pursuing the provision of basic competencies (hardware and software) for the technical realization and testing of integrated sensor systems for monitoring vital functions. Specifically, solutions for mobile chemical and biological sensors are to be developed with a focus on 2D layers or nanolayers that can analyze both respiratory air and body fluids. In addition to already existing commercial sensors for vital functions, a very differentiated picture of the subject's condition can thus be determined. The interdisciplinary approach of VITAL-SENSE has applications in a wide variety of areas, such as monitoring stress, fatigue symptoms and acute conditions. For the research aspect of energy and propulsion, UniBw M intends to acquire the electron beam lithography system within the framework of this award procedure. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of an electron beam lithography system. The system is required for the production and exposure of very small structures on 4-inch wafers. Such small structures can only be produced by electron beam lithography. The required precision of the lithography is only given if these structures can be produced on a whole wafer without any offset, so-called "stitching-free" writing. The scope of supply also includes a high-performance PC and the software required for the operation of the electron beam lithography system as well as a 5-day training course and instruction in the operation of the system for the personnel of the UniBw M. The UniBw M has a maximum budget of EUR 600.The UniBw M reserves the right to exclude individual bids that exceed this budget from the procedure and to cancel the procedure altogether if only bids are received that do not meet the requirements of the contract. The delivery, installation and commissioning of the electron beam lithography system should be completed by 30.11.2021 if possible.Details can be found in the specifications.
