Description

The service, which is the subject of this contract, is described in the special technical clauses book, supplemented by the general technical clauses book and the constituent documents of the CED as cited in Article 2 of the draft contract. It must be carried out in accordance with the prescriptions, standards, laws and regulations in force.The service includes in particular:- the supply of the deliverables described in the Special Technical Specifications Booklet (STCB),- the supply of the deliverables described in the General Technical Specifications Booklet (GTSB),- site surveys and appropriation of the existing equipment,- the specific studies described in the Special Technical Specifications Booklet necessary for the realisation of the equipment,- the drawing up of all the documents necessary for the smooth running of the project and listed in the CCTP as well as in the CCTG,- the supplies,- the manufacturing of the equipment and the carrying out of the associated controls,- the assembly,- the factory tests,- the storage at the holder's premises of the equipment before delivery to the site,- the deliveries,- the on-site operations such as-- participation in site organisation and co-activity meetings,-- development of the intervention areas,-- preparatory work,-- work in the building,-- recipes and tests of its supply on site,-- basic conformity and controls,-- training in the use of the machine and its maintenance,-- supply of a 1st set of wearing parts for the 1st year of operation,- the supply of the specific tools necessary for the maintenance of the equipment,- the performance of all the missions described in the general technical specifications (control of deadlines, control of invoicing, control of configuration, quality management, monitoring of safety requirements, compliance and monitoring of environmental requirements, performance of inspections, compliance with technical requirements, compliance with the organisation of the worksite and the procedures for intervention in INB 37A....),- conditioning and disposal of waste in accordance with the waste management procedure.And, more generally:- the supply of all the equipment needed to carry out the works specified in the special technical specifications,- the contract documentation, and in particular the supply of the elements for the compilation of the Dossier of Works Executed (DOE), which is a prerequisite for acceptance of the contract,- the associated certificates of conformity and the minutes of the inspections carried out,- all the constraints linked to a service taking place on a CEA site (access formalities to the centre, prevention plans, DOT, DIMR, medical monitoring of the personnel involved and prior training sessions),- protection of existing works and securing the site,- participation in meetings with the CEA and/or the MOE described in the general technical specifications and the draft contract in paragraph 4.7,- keeping the places and premises where the work is carried out clean.
