Description

Open Community procedure pursuant to Art. 60 of Legislative Decree. Lgs. No. 50/2016, aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement of the CAIE consortium, as central purchasing body, for the supply of electricity and associated services, 100% variable price base list PUN plus minimum spread, with the option of fixing base list EEX plus minimum spread, for an annual amount of up to 70 GWH, with about 600 withdrawal points located throughout the country, for a duration of one (1) year from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023 except for the company Milano Serravalle that will adhere with effect from 01/05/2023 with 18 POD and with other 142 POD from 01/07/2023. Also for the latter, the supply will end on 31/12/2023.
