Description
The purpose of the multi-awarded framework agreements is to satisfy the needs of Aéroports de Paris in terms of the supply of electrical energy for certain sites of Aéroports de Paris SA in the Paris region, the scope and PDL of which are listed in the Cahiers des Clauses Techniques Particulières. The subsequent contracts are awarded under the conditions set out in the framework agreement for the lot concerned. The contract is allotted: - Lot 1: C1 and C2 meters- Lot 2: C3, C4 and C5 metersEach lot is independent and will be the subject of a separate judgment. The maximum amount defined in II.1The maximum amount defined in II.1.5 takes into account the operating hazards inherent to the activity of an airport during the duration of the contract (in particular those resulting from external factors: the policy of the air carriers, the decisions of the public authorities, the internal organizational changes, the evolution of the energy market, or any other hazards). This maximum order amount does not constitute a commitment to order on the part of ADP.
Aéroports de Paris wishes to refer to holders in an 8-year framework agreement between 2024 and 2031 inclusive for the C1 and C2 meters at the Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly and Paris Le Bourget sites. The subsequent contracts will be awarded under the conditions set out in the framework agreement for lot 1. The candidates will also have to provide balancing services: three solar power plants contracted under a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) will be commissioned between 2022 and 2023 for an estimated annual production of 46 GWh/year P90. Aéroports de Paris plans to contract other PPAs between now and 2030. The technical characteristics of the PPAs to be integrated will be communicated in each subsequent contract. The maximum amount defined in II.2.6 takes into account the operating hazards inherent to the activity of an airport during the duration of the contract (air carrier policy, decisions of the public authorities, internal organizational changes, evolution of the energy market, or any other hazards). This maximum order amount does not constitute an order commitment on the part of ADP. In order to cover the electrical energy needs of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-le Bourget and certain General Aviation Airports, Aéroports de Paris is launching a consultation to supply electricity to the delivery points (PDL) profiled C3, C4 and C5. The list of PDLs is given in the annex to the specifications. Aéroports de Paris wishes to reference the holders in an 8-year framework agreement between 2024 and 2031 inclusive. The maximum amount defined in II.2.6 takes into account the operating hazards inherent to the activity of an airport during the duration of the contract (air carrier policy, decisions of the public authorities, internal organizational changes, evolution of the energy market, or any other hazard).
