Description

(1) The Contracting Authorities described in Chapter I of the TERMS shall jointly conduct the public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the PPL). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the proceedings and select the best offer (part 1 and part 2 of the contract) is the Municipality of Włocławek. The contract will be awarded (electricity supply agreements will be signed) by the ordering parties described in Chapter XVIII.2. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023r. to 30.06.2024 to 1,317 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) of 21,824.97 MWh, of which:1) For the premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) - 18,662.46 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes Appendix 1a to the SWZ 2) For road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) - 3,162.51 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes Appendix 1b to the SWZ.3. Quality standards. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with the quality standards specified, in accordance with the applicable regulations - hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1.Number of metering systems that account for the electricity consumed 1,038 units.2. Detailed description of the points of consumption (PPE) the ordering party included in Appendix 1a to the SWZ.3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract - 18,662.46 MWh, of which:Zone I 10,918.63 MWhZone II 6,818.91 MWhZone III 924.92 MWhThe above data are indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. Supplies will be held from 01.01.2023r. to 30.06.2024, with the proviso that the details of the timing of deliveries (start and end) for individual consumption points are described in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period". (5) Metering systems with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.6. The electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or be terminated effective the day before the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Supply period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the ordering parties (customers).Part 1 of the contract - summary of SWZ pages 10-11The supply of electricity will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2023r. to 30.06.2024. Details of the timing of deliveries (start and completion) for individual consumption points are described in Appendix No. 1a/1b to the SWZ column "Period of supply".The condition for the commencement of deliveries within the contractual period is the successful implementation of the procedure for changing the seller. The Ordering Party shall indicate the term of the contract by indicating the specific date of commencement and completion of delivery due to the need to maintain continuity of energy supply for individual consumption points. Supply of electricity for road lighting1.Number of metering systems that account for the consumption of electricity 279 units.2.A detailed description of the points of consumption (PPE) is provided by the Employer in Appendix 1b to the SWZ.3.Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 3,162.51 MWh, of which:Zone I 929.20 MWhZone II 2,233.31 MWhThe above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. Supplies will be held from 01.01.2023r. to 30.06.2024, with the proviso that the details of the delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual consumption points are described in Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ, column "Delivery Period".5. The current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Delivery Period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the ordering parties (customers). The supply of electricity will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2023r. to 30.06.2024. Details of the timing of deliveries (commencement and termination) for individual consumption points are described in Appendix No. 1a/1b to the SWZ column "Period of supply".The condition for the commencement of deliveries within the contractual deadline is the successful completion of the procedure for changing the seller. The Ordering Party shall indicate the term of the contract by indicating the specific date of commencement and completion of delivery due to the need to maintain continuity of energy supply for individual consumption points.
