The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for buildings of the Jan Długosz University of Humanities and Sciences in Częstochowa.
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for buildings of the Jan Długosz University of Humanities and Sciences in Częstochowa.Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 09300000-2 Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 Electricity. The Ordering Party informs that the order includes the supply of electricity in tariff group C11 - 600.00 kWh, in tariff group C21 - 927,300.00 kWh. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that the following separate contracts are currently in force:1) Agreement for the provision of distribution services concluded for an indefinite period of time with Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., 25A Podgórska St., 31-035 Krakow, whereby the Contracting Authority informs that these are not comprehensive contracts and does not anticipate concluding new contracts for the provision of distribution services.2) Electricity sales contract concluded with RENPRO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, 43 Malopolska St., for a definite period of time, valid until 28.03.2023.The Ordering Party does not benefit from promotional or loyalty offers.The Contractor will be obliged to carry out on behalf of the Ordering Party, on the basis of a power of attorney granted to him, the procedure for change of electricity seller, in time to start selling energy on 29.03.2023. The Contracting Authority will grant the power of attorney taking into account the provisions of the TNC of the DSO, with the scope of the power of attorney corresponding to the scope of the subject matter of the contract.The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with the data and documents necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the seller no later than on the date of conclusion of the contract for the public procurement covered by this procedure (also in electronic version).The Contractor shall have throughout the term of the contract for the subject contract, a signed general distribution agreement, concluded between the Contractor and the Distribution Network Operator competent for the facilities covered by the contract.The Contractor shall act as the entity responsible for commercial balancing for electricity sold under this contract. The Ordering Party declares that it holds the legal title to the facilities covered by this order. The Contracting Authority guarantees the execution of the subject matter of the contract at a level of not less than 70% of the value of the contract.The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant bids.The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of issuing estimated invoices.The Contracting Authority does not provide for an increase in electricity consumption points or a change in the tariff of a given point.The Contracting Authority will consume all electricity exclusively for its own needs.
