The subject matter of the order is the purchase and supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), for the needs of facilities located in the Jabłonna Municipality and for the needs of the facilities of the Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o.
1) Electricity will be supplied to the energy points of the Jabłonna Municipality, including the budgetary units of the Jabłonna Municipality (indicated in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ - Parts A, B, C) and the facilities of Gmina Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o. (indicated in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ - Part D).2) The amount of energy estimated by the ordering party during the period of execution of the contract is: 2,555,032 kWh.3) The subject matter of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.4) The Contractor must have a concluded contract (valid for the period of execution of this contract) or a promise to conclude a contract (as of the effective date of the contract for the sale of electricity
