The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity and provision of its distribution service for the Independent Public Health Care Centers in Staszow.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity, consisting of the sale of electricity and the provision of its distribution service, to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points, in accordance with the principles set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law Act", and in the executive acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. Electricity quality standards are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electric power system (consolidated text Dz. U. of 2007, No. 93 item 623, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (unified text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended).2. The estimated total amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement is 1756.00 MWh.3. The detailed scope of the order (list of electricity consumption points) is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
