The subject of the order is the supply of traction electricity and the provision of traction energy distribution services under a comprehensive agreement for the purpose of conducting transport operations for the years 2023-2026 with traction vehicles powered from the 3kV DC electric traction network.
The subject of the order is the supply of traction electricity and the provision of traction energy distribution services under a comprehensive agreement for the conduct of transport operations for the years 2023-2026 with traction vehicles powered from the 3kV DC electric traction network.The place of supply of electricity is the traction vehicle, with the boundary of the parties in the supply of electricity being at the terminals of the feeders on the side of the overhead line.The Ordering Party declares that it is a Railway Carrier, whose Traction Vehicles supplied with Traction Energy from the OSD Network, are not equipped with metering and billing systems, and thus are billed on the basis of freight work in tariff group Bt21. Settlement for electricity consumed for traction needs will be carried out in accordance with tariff group Bt21 using the indications of metering indicators installed in the Ordering Party's traction vehicles. Due to the fact that during the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority's traction vehicles will move on the territory of the Technical Base of Małopolska Railway (i.e. Due to the fact that during the execution of the contract the Contractor's traction vehicles will run on the territory of the Malopolska Railway Technical Depot (i.e. an area equipped with catenary power supplied from a separate one-sided power source, equipped with an electricity metering and billing system), the Contractor shall be obliged to reduce the amount of energy consumed indicated by the metering equipment on traction vehicles by the amount of energy consumed during the billing period on the territory of the Technical Depot in the case, in case the Technical Facilities will be used only by the Contracting Authority's traction vehicles, or to reduce the amount of energy consumed indicated by the measuring devices on the traction vehicles by the amount of energy consumed during the billing period indicated as consumed by the aforementioned vehicles in the Technical Facilities in the system for recording energy consumption data belonging to the Contracting Authority. The boundaries of the demarcated area will be determined by the Ordering Party. The electricity distribution service will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's Electricity Tariff in effect for the billing period in question.
