Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2021 and 31.12.2021 to 1,341 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 10,574.25 MWh, of which:1) for premises and facilities (Lot 1 of the contract) - 6,705.75 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR; 2) for road lighting (Lot 2 of the contract) - 3,868.50 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the ToR.The forecasted electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reduction or increase of the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the Contracting Authority (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually consumed energy at the rates specified in the concluded contract. All details are specified in the ToR.
A detailed description of the points of consumption (EPP) was included by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 1a to the ToR.3 Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the agreement (+/- 10%) 6,705.75 MWh, of which: - zone I 4,903.28 MWh,- zone II 1,802.47 MWh,- zone III 0.00 MWh.4 The above data are indicative. Deliveries shall take place between 1.1.2021 and 31.12.2021 - details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual points of consumption are described in Annex 1a to the ToR column "Delivery Period".6. The electricity supply contracts currently in force shall expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned start date (column "Delivery Period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the Ordering Parties (consumers). Detailed description of consumption points (EPP) has been included by the Contracting Authority in Appendix 1b to the ToR.3 Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the agreement (+/- 10%) 3 868.50 MWh, of which: - zone I 3 376.80 MWh,- zone II 484.70 MWh,- zone III 0.00 MWh.The above data are indicative. Deliveries will take place between 1.1.2021 and 31.12.2021 - details of the delivery dates (start and end dates) for individual points of consumption are described in Annex 1b to the ToR column "Delivery Period".5. The electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or be terminated with effect from the day before the planned start date (column "Delivery Period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts is borne by the Contracting Authority (consumers).
