Description

The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities and organizational units specified in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997.1) Puchaczów Municipality and members of the Purchasing Group and their units specified in Annex 1 to the ToR will conclude separate agreements resulting from this tender procedure for the award of a public contract under an open tender procedure for "Purchase of electricity for the needs of the Purchasing Group of Puchaczów Municipality". Detailed information on concluding agreements by particular Municipalities and their organisational units is included in Annexes 1 and 4.1 to the ToR. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to terminate the existing agreements on the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreements) and to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution agreements. The Contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney to perform the above mentioned activities (Annex 4.1 to the ToR). Order - purchase of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR:1) Estimated electricity demand in the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 is 6 685 810.00 kWh.2) Estimated value of the order in the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 is 2 473 749.70 PLN.3) Execution of activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Attachment No. 1 to the draft agreement (Attachment No. 4.1 to the ToR), in particular, the Contracting Authority obliges the Contracting Authority to notify the designated distribution system operator of the execution of the electricity sales agreement concluded with the Contracting Authority, to make declarations of intent and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing electricity sales agreement and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), to represent the Contracting Authority before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement.The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the Contracting Authority's seat), on behalf of the following municipalities and their organizational units, which are indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR:- Municipality of Lubenia,- Municipality of Milejów,- Municipality of Trawniki,- Municipality of Wólka.The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the supplier takes place for the majority of points of collection once again. Detailed information on the terms and conditions of current electricity sales agreements in the event of a subsequent change of the supplier and the notice periods for comprehensive agreements in the event of the first change of the supplier are included in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR. In Annex 1 to the ToR, the current electricity supplier and information on the currently concluded price agreements were indicated. Agreements for the distribution of electricity in the case of points with another change of supplier are concluded for an indefinite period of time. Detailed information is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of changing the tariff groups from the current ones to the new ones, which are indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
