Description

The order consists in supply of electricity for Waterworks Raciborskie Sp. z o. o. in 2022 (sale of electricity in a continuous cycle i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
2. the anticipated amount of electricity to be received during the agreement validity period amounts to 5151 MWh.3. energy measuring and settlement systems are adapted to the energy balancing market in the B23 and C21 tariffs. Energy metering and billing systems in the C11 tariff have standard, traditional meters and are not adapted to the balancing market.The Distribution System Operator is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.7 The supply of electricity will be based on the terms and conditions set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 and the generally applicable provisions of law.8The Contractor shall issue invoices to the Principal for the energy consumed within the following deadlines: 8.1. up to 5 business days after the measurement data for a given settlement period are made available by the DSO, or8.2. up to 15 business days after the settlement period if the complete or correct measurement data are not made available to the Seller by the DSO or the Buyer.9The Contractor shall send an e-mail notification of issuance of an electronic invoice to the Contracting Authority at the following e-mail addresses: - wodociagi@wodociagiraciborskie.pl,- waldemar.krupa@wodociagiraciborskie.pl,- marcin.przybyla@wodociagiraciborskie.pl.10. The Contracting Authority represents that it has the legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be supplied.11. The Contracting Authority represents that it is the final purchaser within the meaning of the provisions of the Excise Duty Act.12.
