1.The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Koszalin University of Technology facilities located in Koszalin and Mielno within the scope defined in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the Price Form constituting Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.2.The electricity consumption points are located in the city of Koszalin and in Mielno, 83 electricity consumption points.3A detailed list of electricity measurement points with a description of the point characteristics, contracted capacities, is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.4The measurement systems at the electricity consumption points (Tariff B 23) in the facilities at Racławicka 15-17 and Śniadeckich 2, are owned by the Koszalin University of Technology. It is possible to conduct a site inspection of measuring systems. 5. We would like to inform that the systems in the tariff B 23 are adapted to the TPA rule. 6. The estimated demand for electricity for the duration of the contract for all measuring points is 3 263 100 kWh.
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Koszalin University of Technology located in Koszalin and Mielno within the scope defined in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the Price Form constituting Attachment No. 2 to SWZ.2.2) 1 metering point under C 23 tariff - supplying a teaching and administrative building,3) 1 metering point under C 21 tariff - supplying a teaching and administrative building (reserve lighting)4) 4) 3 metering points in tariff C 11 - outdoor lighting of the car park, outdoor area next to the didactic facility, recreation centre5) 1 metering point in tariff C 22b - supplying a student club facility, 1st floor 1 metering point in tariff C 12b - supplying a student club facility, ground floor administration rooms 6) 5 metering points in tariff G 12w supplying students' dormitories7) 69 metering points in tariff G 11 - supplying the Assistants' Hotel (teachers' apartments). 3.The contracting authority has a generating point - a photovoltaic micro-installation with a capacity of each 39.76 kW (it has protection against feeding voltage generated in the generating devices to the distribution network OSD) in the objects at: 1) ul. Śniadeckich 2, 75-453 Koszalin, PPE PL0037530000015373 , tariff B 23, 2) ul. Kwiatkowskiego 62 , 75-343 Koszalin, PPE PL 0037530116743658, tariff C234. Estimated demand for electricity for the duration of the agreement for all the measurement points is 3 263 100 kWh. Determining the estimated demand for electricity is an element that serves to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Purchaser to purchase electricity in the quantities specified. The Purchaser reserves the right not to use 40% of the estimated amount of electricity for all points of consumption. The Purchaser undertakes, however, to use a minimum of 60% of the estimated consumption.5 The electricity must meet the technical standards as set out in the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, Notice of the Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of 31 March 2021 on the publication of the consolidated text of the Energy Law. Distribution services are provided on the basis of a separate contract for the provision of distribution services for each point of consumption. The agreements are concluded for an indefinite period of time between the Koszalin University of Technology and the Distribution Network Operator, i.e. Energa Distribution Network Operator, Marynarki Polskiej 13 Street, 80-557 Gdańsk, Branch in Koszalin, Morska 10 Street, 75-950 Koszalin.The Ordering Party informs that it changed the Seller nine times, the current Seller is ENEA Spółka Akcyjna with the registered office in Poznań at ul. Górecka 1 , postal code 60-201, with which the agreement was concluded for a definite period of time, lasting until 31.03.2022, the agreement does not require termination.
