The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of electricity together with the purchase of the service of transmission and distribution of electricity for facilities located in the municipality of Busko-Zdrój for the purposes of street lighting, facilities owned by the Municipality and the organizational units and the Company of the Municipality of Busko-Zdrój for a period of 24 months, with a start date of 01.01.2022 and a end date of 31.12.2023. 1) A detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Annexes No. 1 marked from a) to d) to the SWZ (Terms of Reference), in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. Other terms and conditions concerning the performance of the contract are specified in the material provisions of the contract - appendix no. 6 to the SWZ.
2) The subject matter of the contract comprises a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for a period of 24 months, according to the following classification:1) street lighting in the Busko-Zdrój Municipality, Appendix No. 1 (a),2) facilities owned by the Busko-Zdrój Municipality, Appendix No. 1 (b),3) organisational units of the Busko-Zdrój Municipality, Appendix No. 1 (c),4) the Company of the Busko-Zdrój Municipality, Appendix No. 1 (d),The estimated volume of electricity consumption has been determined on the basis of electricity consumption in the period of 2020 is only indicative in order to compare offers. In no case does it constitute an obligation to purchase energy in the given amount. No claim shall be entitled for non-consumption of the forecasted amount of energy. Payment will be made for the quantities actually consumed. Any possible change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Purchaser, apart from the settlement for the actual amount of electricity consumed. For the B22 tariff group, calculations assume that 30% of electricity is consumed during daytime, the remaining 70% at night. For the tariff group C22A for the calculations it has been assumed that 25% of electricity is used during the daytime, the remaining 75% at night. For the tariff group C22B for the calculations it has been assumed that 70% of electricity is used during the daytime, the remaining 30% at night. For the tariff group G12 and G11 for the calculations it has been assumed that 45% of electricity is used during the daytime, the remaining 55% at night. For the tariff group C12A and C12B it is assumed that 100% of electricity is used for street lighting. For the calculations it was assumed that 30% of electricity is consumed during the daytime, the remaining 70% at night. For the tariff group C11 for the calculations it was assumed that 30% of electricity is consumed during the daytime, the remaining 70% at night. For the C21 tariff group, calculations assume that 30% of electricity is consumed during daytime hours and the remaining 70% at night.3) Electricity will be supplied through the procurement of a comprehensive service, as defined in Article 3 clause 30 of the Energy Law Act, executed on the basis of a comprehensive agreement as defined in Article 5a clause 2 of that Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended).
