Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity within 24 months, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services through the distribution network belonging to the distribution system operator to the following points of receipt (facilities) of Centralna Pompowni "Bolko" Sp. z o.o. z o.o. in Bytom: a) main plant of the Central Pumping Station "Bolko" at 4 Kruszcowa Street in Bytom, b) mine water purification station at Lotników Street in Piekary Śląskich (Brzozowice Kamień).2. The planned energy consumption figures shall be estimates and shall not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract, nor shall they constitute an obligation on the part of the Purchaser to purchase energy in the specified quantity and shall in no case give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor. The actual amount of energy purchased during the performance of the contract, confirmed by the indications of the metering and settlement system, will result exclusively from the current needs of the Contracting Authority, and the unit prices specified in the tender form will be binding for the Contractor regardless of the actual consumption.
