Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833 as amended) - hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" - to the collection points presented in the summary (Annex 1 to the ToR) belonging to the University of Łódź. Delivery of electricity will take place in accordance with the established quality standards specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended) in Chapter 10: Quality parameters of electricity and quality standards of customer service and the manner of handling complaints.
Duration of the contract from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2024. Planned quantity of about 50 332 372 kWh (in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 - 12 583 093 kWh, in the period from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 - 12 583 093 kWh and in the period from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2023 - 12 583 093 kWh and 1.1.2024 to 31.12.2024 - 12 583 093 kWh).
