Description

Contract for the preventive and corrective maintenance of CEA Marcoule's electrical distribution equipment for a firm period of 35 months. The details of all the services are mentioned in Article 3 of the draft contract, which may be extended twice per 1-year period.
Firm servicesFirm services include:- preventive maintenance, in application of paragraph 5.1.1 of the specifications:- permanent sources,- generators,- electrical distribution cabinets,- BAES,- corrective maintenance, in application of paragraph 5.1.2 of the specifications:-- permanent sources, with the exception of the replacement of batteries following a preventive maintenance intervention,-- lighting networks and power sockets, with the exception of research into insulation faults leading to process equipment,-- interventions on equipment in cells and glove boxes requiring additional clothing in addition to the universal clothing.On the understanding that an outfit complementary to the universal outfit means an outfit required by an irradiating or contaminating area,- technical assistance, in application of paragraph 5.1.3 of the specifications:-- for electrical consignments,-- for electrical manoeuvres,- additional services, in application of paragraph 5.1.4 of the specifications:-- assistance with regulatory controls-- systematic replacement of lead batteries,- initial inventory, in application of paragraph 5.2.1 of the specifications,- management of the contract, in application of paragraph 5.2.2 of the specifications,- preparation, execution, follow-up and intervention reports, in application of paragraph 5.2.3 of the specifications,- entry of CMMS intervention reports, in application of paragraph 5.2.4 of the specifications,- updating of CMMS data, in application of paragraph 5.2.5 of the specifications,- maintaining and monitoring the intervention schedules, in application of paragraph 5.2.6 of the specifications,- maintaining the technical documentation, in application of paragraph 5.2.7 of the specifications,- monitoring the service through indicators, in application of paragraph 5.2.8 of the specifications,- on-call duty, in application of paragraph 5.Options Contracts may be extended twice, for 12 months each, as follows:- Option 1: extension of the contract for a further 12 months, from 1.12.2023 to 30.11.2024,- Option 2: extension of the contract for a further 12 months, from 1.12.2024 to 30.11.2025.Non-fixed-price services Non-fixed-price services include:- for permanent sources:-- replacement of batteries following preventive maintenance,-- corrective maintenance of generating sets,- for lighting networks and sockets:-- investigation of insulation faults leading to process equipment,-- work on equipment in cells and glove boxes requiring additional clothing in addition to universal clothing.On the understanding that an outfit complementary to the universal outfit means an outfit required by an irradiating or contaminating zone,- modification work,- added value linked to work under subsection IV,- work carried out as part of on-call duty,- spare parts linked to maintenance operations outside the fixed price,- work carried out by the TQRP.
