Comprehensive supply of electricity in the years 2023-2024 for the needs of the purchasing group of the Municipality of Sokołów Małopolski in the amount of 6352 MWh.
The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity for the years 2023-2024, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the purchasing group of Sokołów Małopolski Municipality.2. The place of delivery of electricity are the points of consumption listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The sale of electricity will take place in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and the executive regulations thereto, in particular the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electrical power system ((Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623 as amended), the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503 as amended) with the rules set out in the licenses, the provisions of the SWZ and the price of electricity presented in the bid and the prices of distribution parameters in accordance with the current tariffs of the distribution network operator, approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, with which the Contractor has entered into an agreement to provide distribution services.4.Due to the nature of the contract, it is not possible to determine the exact consumption of electricity covered by the contract. The Contracting Authority has presented the estimated amount of electricity consumption and anticipates that the actual amount of electricity consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the unit prices quoted in the Contractor's offer. 5. settlements for the distribution of electricity shall be based on the current readings of the measurement and billing systems according to the charges resulting from the submitted bid and the Distribution System Operator's Tariff or the Vendor's Tariff. 6) When submitting a bid, the Contractor must have an agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with a distribution system operator operating on the territory of the Ordering Party or a statement that the Contractor has an agreement with a Distribution System Operator allowing for the provision of electricity distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities or a statement that the Contractor ensures the conclusion of such an agreement. The quality standards referred to in Art. 246 par. 2 of the PPL have been defined in the Energy Law Act as well as the executive acts and Polish standards. 8.The Ordering Party shall grant the Contractor a power of attorney to terminate the existing electricity sale and distribution agreements under the applicable regulations and in the scope mutually agreed by the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
