The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of and pursuant to the provisions of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) to COS-OPO in Spala - 2,100 MWh in the period 01.03.2023-28.02.2024.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of and pursuant to the provisions of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) for the Ordering Party: 1. COS-OPO in Spala1.1 Estimated demand for electricity is approximately 2100 MWh for the period from March 1, 2023 to February 28, 2024. 1.2 The Ordering Party has so far used the B 21 single-zone/round-the-clock tariff1.3 Data on the power supply system of the Ordering Party:a) point of consumption: 15 kV cable head terminals of the receiving station 6-A167 COS Spała, wire rated supply voltage U¬¬=15 [kV].b) connection power: for connection No. 1 - 420 kW for connection No. 2 - 300 kWc) contractual power for: connection No. 1 - 420 kW connection No. 2 - 300 KWd) power supply system: subscriber transformer station 15/0.4 kV No. 6-A167 has two power supplies: Connection No. 1 from substation 6-0298 by 3xYHAKXs 70mm2 cable with metering system: PPE no: PLZELD060006770171 with EQM electricity meter No. 4250005649 and control meter 6C8adp No. 15495808. Connection No. 2 NHKB 3x50mm2 - from the pole of overhead line 15kV Tomaszów - Brzustów with metering system: no. PPE:PLZELD060006770271 with electricity meter No. 4250005652 and control meter 6C8adp No. 15495807.(e) electricity metering and billing system: there are 2 indirect metering systems, the metering cabinet is located in transformer station 6-A167, indirect metering system for 15kV voltage with the following meters for connection No. 1: basic meter EQM 3x58/100(V), 5(A) cl. 0.5P/1Q and control meter 6C8adp 3x58/100, 1(6)A, cl. 2P. For connection No. 2: basic meter EQM 3x58/100(V), 5(A) cl. 0.5P/1Q and control meter 6C8adp 3x58/100, 1(6)A, cl. 2P. Data transmission systems are installed.Electricity consumption points are aligned with TPA rules.The Ordering Party is an eligible customer as referred to in Article 2(2)(b-e) of the Law of October 27, 2022 on Emergency Measures to Restrict Electricity Price Levels and Support for Certain Consumers in 2023 (Journal of Laws 2022.2243 of 2022.11.03) as one of the entities referred to in Article 2(2)(e) of the Act - an entity engaged in physical culture activities within the meaning of Article 2(2) of the Sports Act of June 25, 2010, to the extent that it consumes electricity for the purposes of its core business.
