Description

1) The subject matter of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to supply the facilities of the National Maritime Museum in Gdansk.2) The detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Part III of the Terms of Reference.
The subject matter of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the supply of the facilities of the National Maritime Museum in Gdansk in the energy consumption points indicated in Appendix No. 1a to Part I of the SWZ in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Part III of the SWZ.3. The supply of electricity will take place in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. - Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the standards of customer service quality set forth in the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade and the Ordinance of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 13, 2020 amending the Ordinance on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws 2019 item 503 and Journal of Laws 2020 item 2053). (Amending Ordinance).4. The subject of the contract has established quality standards. The quality parameters of electricity in the distribution part are regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electric power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended).
