Description

The subject of the order is the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 255, as amended) for the purposes of street lighting and facilities owned by the City of Wodzisław Śląski in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.
The order covers 218 electricity consumption points, hereinafter referred to as PPE supplying buildings, premises, utility facilities, traffic lights, event power connectors, city surveillance cameras, small architecture objects.Estimated amount of electricity supplied for all consumption points in the year 2023 (12 months): 2,721.69 MWh, including:- energy billed on a 24-hour, flat-rate basis, in the peak zone, off-peak zone: 468.49 MWh- energy billed in the daytime zone:770.16 MWh (street lighting)- energy billed in the nighttime zone: 1,483.04 MWh(street lighting).A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the SWZ in Chapter II, para. 1 and annexes.
