Open tender for the supply of electricity (supply of electricity - Voltra Purchasing Group No. 66/2022) for the units listed in section I
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of electricity in compliance with the applicable regulations, quality standards under the EP Act as well as the executive regulations, in particular the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the operation of the electrical power system for the entities participating in the proceedings, a list of which is provided in Appendix 1.a The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of electricity in compliance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the EP Act as well as the executive regulations, in particular the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the operation of the electrical power system for the points of consumption participating in the proceedings, a list of which can be found in Appendix 1.b to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of electricity in compliance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the EP Act as well as the executive regulations, in particular the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the operation of the electrical power system for the points of consumption participating in the proceedings, a list of which can be found in Appendix 1.c to the SWZ.
