Description
Open tender for the supply of electricity (electricity supply - Voltra Purchase Group No. 80/2022) for the units indicated in Section I
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the EP Act and the implementing regulations, in particular the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of operation of the electric power system for the subject consumption points participating in the proceedings, a list of which is provided in Appendix No. 1.a,1.b.1.c The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing regulations, in particular the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of operation of the electric power system for entity consumption points participating in the proceedings, a list of which is included in Appendix No. 1.a,1.b.1.c to the SWZ.
