Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023r. to 31.12.2023r. 1) To premises and facilities - tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) - 7,112.22 MWh - the list of EPP constitutes Attachment. 2) For the premises and facilities - tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) - 1,863.14 MWh - the list of PPE constitutes attachment 1b to the SWZ3) For road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) - 4,581.57 MWh - the list of PPE constitutes attachment 1c to the SWZ.2The above-mentioned forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount actually consumed during the contract period. Decrease or increase in the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the actually consumed amount. e.e.3. billing periods applied: Tariff Group B, C2x - 1 month, Tariff Group C1x, G, R - 2 months. 1.
A detailed description of the consumption points (PPE) is provided in Appendix 1a to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).3 Estimated electricity consumption during the contract term - 7,112.22 MWh, including: Zone I 5,387.10 MWhZone II 1,725.12 MWhThe above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. Details of the delivery periods for individual consumption points are described in Appendix 1a to the SWZ, column "Delivery Period". 5th Purchaser Vistula-Park Świecie Sp. z o.o. will have a status of a Power Producer: Item no 2 (number 590310600001839151) in Appendix no 1a to SWZ, the Purchaser from July 2023 (planned date of connection) will have a status of a Power Producer. (planned date of connection) will have the installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 50.00 kWp. The Contracting Authority provides for concluding with the contractor, whose offer will be selected, a contract for resale and balancing energy produced in the micro-installation of RES and not used (about 1.0 MWh per year), which will be valid for the whole period of supply.6Item no. 51 (number 590310600000717962) in Appendix no. 1a to SWZ, the Ordering Party in July 2022 is planning to connect a 37,99 kWp photovoltaic installation, as a result of which it will obtain the status of a Power Producer. In such case, the Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with the selected contractor for the resale and balancing of the electricity produced in the RES micro-installation and not used (approx. 10.0 MWh per year), which shall be valid for the entire supply period.7. The electricity supply agreements currently in force shall expire or be terminated effective on the day preceding the planned supply commencement date (column "Supply Period"). The obligation to terminate the agreements rests with the ordering parties (customers).8. Quality standards1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity of the quality standards specified in accordance with the applicable regulations.2) The quality standards for electricity are described in Pe and the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electrical power system (as amended) and the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 as amended on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in the trade in electricity.9CPV code under which the subject matter of the contract is classified: 09300000-2 - Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 - Electricity.10 The Contractor, based on a power of attorney granted, shall be obliged to submit, on behalf of itself and the Ordering Party (Customers), contracts to the relevant DSO, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and to represent the Ordering Party (Customers) before the DSO - the supplier switching process.11 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invoke provisions of Art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the right to first examine and evaluate bids and then to qualify the contractor whose bid received the highest mark with respect to absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceeding.12As a result of the conclusion of a public procurement procedure 15 contracts shall be concluded.13. The Awarding Entity shall require a performance bond to be submitted; a contractor shall submit 15 performance bonds separately for each contract concluded with the Awarding Entity.14. The Awarding Entity shall demand a security deposit. In case of submitting a tender for Lot 1 of the contract: PLN 250,000.00. A detailed description of electricity consumption points (PPE) has been provided by the Contracting Authority in Appendix 1b to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).3 Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period: Zone I 839.80 MWhZone II 154.40 MWhZone III 868.94 MWhThe above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. Details of the delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Attachment No. 1b to the SWZ, column "Delivery period".5. Metering systems are adjusted to the supplier switching procedure.6. The current electricity supply agreements shall expire at the day preceding the planned supply commencement date. With respect to all PPEs, the change of seller will take place once again.7.Quality standards1) The subject matter of the contract shall be the supply of electricity of the quality standards specified in accordance with the applicable regulations.2) The quality standards of electricity are described in Pe and the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (as amended) and the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 as amended on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade.7CPV code under which the subject matter of the contract has been classified: 09300000-2 - Electrical, thermal, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 - Electricity.8 The Contractor, based on a Power of Attorney granted to him, shall be obliged to submit, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party (Customers), contracts to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable regulations, and to represent the Ordering Party (Customers) before the DSO - the process of supplier switching.9 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invoke Art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the right to first examine and evaluate tenders and then to qualify the contractor whose tender was awarded the highest mark with respect to absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.10As a result of the conclusion of a public procurement procedure 4 contracts shall be concluded.11. The Contracting Authority shall require a performance bond to be submitted; a contractor shall submit 4 performance bonds separately for each contract to be concluded.12. The Contracting Authority shall demand a security deposit. In case of submitting a tender for Lot 2 of the contract: PLN 65,000.00. A detailed description of the points of consumption (PPE) is provided in Appendix 1c to the SWZ.3 Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period: 4 581.57 MWh, of which: Zone I 3 708.14 MWhZone II 873.43 MWhThe above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. 5. The electricity supply agreements currently in force shall expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned supply commencement date (column "Supply period"). The obligation to terminate the agreements rests with the ordering parties (customers).6.
