Description

Concession of the integral public service of outdoor lighting, energy and maintenance with full guarantee, assuming the operational risk, of the facilities belonging to the City Council of Tudela, through a global and integrated action.
- service P1: energy management: energy management necessary for the correct operation of the installations covered by the contract; management of the energy supply of electricity, control of quality, quantity, and use and guarantee of supply. This service includes the costs of the energy consumed by the installations covered by this contract,- service P2: maintenance: preventive maintenance to ensure the perfect functioning and cleanliness of the installations and all their components, as well as to ensure that the performance of the installations and all their components remains at the initial value over time,- service P3: total guarantee: repair with replacement of all deteriorated elements in the installations as regulated in the Technical Specifications under the total guarantee modality, with assumption of the operational risk,- service P4: improvement and renovation of energy-consuming installations: carrying out and financing improvement and renovation of the installations specified in the Technical Specifications, including traffic light installations. The improvement and renovation works contemplated in service P4 will be carried out on the basis of the precepts of the Regulations and will be financed by the successful bidder, who will recover the amount of the investment through the savings in electricity consumption achieved within the period of the concession contract,- service P5: Christmas lighting: installation of Christmas decorations in the installations during the period of operation and dismantling of all the equipment.
