the framework agreement covered by this consultation concerns the purchase of electrical equipment and consumables for the needs of the Régie Technique des Bâtiments de SQY (78)
This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, issued as and when the need arises, in accordance with 1° of Article L.2125-1 and Articles R.2121-8, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement does not include any annual minimum or maximum amount.As an indication, the annual orders are estimated at 60,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT).This amount is given only as an indication and does not presage the orders that will actually be carried out during the execution of the framework agreement.
