Description

The plant for industry 4.0 must be able to be used for the fully automatic production of a three-part workpiece of up to eight different end products. The desired composition of the workpiece must be selected visually via a touch panel and stored on the RFID tag of the workpiece carrier when production is released. The RFID tag of the workpiece carrier must inform the processing stations of the combination in which the workpiece is to be assembled. It must be possible to manufacture at least eight different products. After completion, the final product must be taken out of the production process and prepared for dispatch.the complete networking of the stations via PROFINET must ensure continuous function monitoring and diagnosis.the following features and functionalities must at least be present:- transport system: double belt conveyor belts with variable-speed DC drive motors,- identification system: an RFID identification system serves to transmit the workpiece composition to the processing stations,- planning level: creation, programming and testing of any system composition using 3D virtualization..,- Control level: Creation of production orders at the control station PC; process visualization and production data acquisition,- Connection of the process control station to TCP/IP,- Didactically prepared ERP system with MES and SCADA,- Connection of smartphone, tablet and notebook via WLAN,- Networking via PROFIBUS and PROFINET,- Station singling,- Station assembling,- Station processing,- Station handling,- Detailed and detailed description is part of the service specification/loose sheet.
