Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of power generators, emergency power supplies and fire protection circuit breakers at hydrological and meteorological stations for the indicated locations. The supplied devices will ensure emergency power supply to the station in case of a power outage in the mains. The scope of delivery includes the following locations:1) Meteorological station Terespol, Polna St. 42, 21-550 Terespol2) Meteorological station Siedlce, Piaskowa St. 284, 08-103 Siedlce3) Meteorological station Mława, Szreńska St. 14, 06-500 Mława4) Hydrological and meteorological station Płock, Nowe Trzepowo 56, 09-402 Płock5) Hydrological and meteorological station Piła, ul. Miedziana 24, 64-920 Piła6) Meteorological station Mikołajki, ul. Kajki 128, 11-730 Mikołajki7) Meteorological station Kętrzyn, ul. Bydgoska 31, 11-400 Kętrzyn8) Meteorological station Leszno, ul. Kosmonautów 8, 64-100 Leszno9) Automatic Synoptic Station Koło-Radoszewice
The subject matter of the contract is supply, installation and commissioning of power generators, emergency power supplies and fire protection circuit breakers at hydrological and meteorological stations for the locations indicated. The supplied devices will ensure emergency power supply to the station in case of a power outage in the main power grid. Miedziana 24, 64-920 Piła6) Stacja Meteorologiczna Mikołajki, ul. Kajki 128, 11-730 Mikołajki7) Stacja Meteorologiczna Kętrzyn, ul. Bydgoska 31, 11-400 Kętrzyn8) Stacja Meteorologiczna Leszno, ul. Kosmonautów 8, 64-100 Leszno9) Automatic Synoptic Station Koło-Radoszewice, Radoszewice, 62-620 Babiak Within the scope of the contract the Contractor is obliged, in each location mentioned above:- Execute and then agree with the Ordering Party the project of modernization of power supply and fire protection circuit breakers- Dismantle the existing system of guaranteed power supply- Deliver, install and start up the generator- Deliver, install and configure the emergency power supply- Deliver, Deliver, install and configure emergency power supply unit- Deliver, install and configure ATS system- Perform installation works necessary for proper functioning of uninterruptible power supply system- Deliver and perform necessary infrastructure including foundation for generator- Perform fire protection circuit breaker for generator, emergency power supply unit and additionally for the whole building Prepare as-built documentation and make it available to the Contracting Authority - Conduct training on the operation of the installed equipment - Provide warranty service on all delivered elements and performed works for a period of 5 years, The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Tender Documentation, which will be made available in Polish and/or English upon request in electronic or paper form.Interested eligible bidders may receive the complete tender documents in Polish and/or English language, including:- the complete documentation in electronic form in PDF format by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the bidder in the application,- the complete documentation in paper form will be sent immediately after receipt of the application to the postal address indicated by the bidder in the application, by courier.After submitting the application in electronic form to the e-mail address BSprzetargi@IMGW.pl or in paper form to the address: Institute of Meteorology and Water Management National Research Institute (under reference OVFMP 4A.1.8 - World Bank) to Ms. Anna Ambroziak, 61 Podleśna Street, 01-673 Warsaw,Poland, Telephone: +48 22 56 94 303, Fax: +48 22 834 18 01, Website: www.imgw.pl (https://bip.imgw.pl).
