General project description: The municipality of Rottach-Egern is constructing 2 new apartment buildings with TG in solid construction and is refurbishing an existing apartment building (solid construction). Sequence and construction phases: Renovation of an existing building and relocation of the tenants from the second MFH to the already renovated MFH. Demolition of the second MFH (in the site plan HS 2). Construction of 2 new MFH with TG. Scope of the new buildings: The two MFHs (8-9 residential units per building) will be constructed as solid structures. TG as STB building between the buildings. Residential floors ground floor, first floor and ground floor. Eaves max. 6.60 m. Basement of the buildings made of STB with external insulation, external masonry made of vertically perforated brick, plastered on both sides, wooden roof truss (gable roof) with insulation between the rafters, brick roofing, one elevator per building (UG-DG). Floor slabs in STB, wooden windows, balconies made of STB cantilevered slabs and wooden railings, façade formwork OG/DG, coverings inside tiles and wood, outside concrete paving or concrete slab covering, heating system for all 3 buildings on the property. Heat generation with WP (water/water) and gas boiler (peak load), as well as PV system. Size of the two new buildings each approx. 13.20 x 22.50 m. Parking spaces TG 27 pieces. Building plot: Building plot adjacent to the Rottach - see aerial photograph/plan. A building site investigation is being carried out. Average altitude of the site approx. 758.80 mNN of the terrain.
