Description

The subject matter of the contract is described in a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the model contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 7 to the ToR:1.1. The subject matter of the contract includes: delivery of 5 passenger cars with electric drive, which meets the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles travelling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act on Road Traffic of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1990, 2244, 2322 as amended) and executive regulations to this Act.2The parameters given in the Detailed description of the subject of the order should be treated as minimum, required parameters of the offered car. The Contractor is obliged to present in the offer the name of the manufacturer, the model of the car together with a list of technical parameters of the offered cars in terms of parameters at least equal to those required in the Detailed description of the subject of the order. The list must clearly show which cars the Contractor offers, whether it is a car that exactly meets the requirements of the order, or a car with better parameters.
