Supply of an exclusively electric-powered urban bus complete with its charging system. The LAORE SARDEGNA Agency - Regional Agency for Development in Agriculture, with registered office in Cagliari, via Caprera 8 - Tax Code no. 03122560927 - intends to proceed with the awarding of the insurance service for the Provident Fund of former ERSAT employees enrolled in the Fund through the stipulation of two temporary group policies, a compulsory policy, aimed at guaranteeing the liquidation of a lump sum for the case of death or supervening permanent disability, and an optional policy, aimed at guaranteeing the liquidation of a lump sum, for the case of death only, of the members of the Provident Fund. The total base bid amount for the five-year insurance service including all charges and taxes is €2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand). The contract is financed by premiums charged to the insured employees. This tender procedure is entirely carried out through a telematic negotiation platform aisens of art. 58 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, no. 50, called CAT Sardegna accessible from the website https://www.sardegnacat.it/ To participate in the telematic procedure, the bidding company must equip itself, at its own care and expense, with the following technical and IT equipment: - digital signature as per art. 1, paragraph 1, lett. s) of Legislative Decree no. 82/2005; - the minimum hardware and software equipment is shown on the Portal home page at https:// www.sardegnacat.it/esop/common-host/public/browserenv/requirements.jsp. A necessary condition for accessing the Portal and participating in this procedure is to be enabled to the SardegnaCAT portal, through the portal section "Services for Enterprises> Portal Registration and Electronic Market Registration," where it is also possible to download the "registration guide" to the Sardinia CAT portal. The competing enterprise is given the opportunity to fill in a registration questionnaire; by saving the data entered in the questionnaire, the enterprise will receive by e-mail a user-id and a password to make subsequent accesses to the system. To this end, the competing enterprise is obliged to communicate truthfully and correctly, its data and any information deemed necessary or useful for its identification (the registration data) in the manner indicated in the document "general conditions of registration and use of the portal". In case of participation in the procedure by RTI/Consortium, the registration of only the mandated company is sufficient, therefore the keys to access the system for the placement of bids will be those of the mandated company. Enterprises not yet registered on the SardegnaCAT portal, which intend to participate in the bidding process, are advised to register at least 48 hours before the deadline for submission of bids.
