Description

The subject of the contract is delivery of 6 electric public transport vehicles (electrobuses) for Tyskie Linii Trolleybus Sp. z o.o. in Tychy. The Ordering Party reserves that conclusion of the Contract with the Contractor depends on obtaining appropriate funding from programs managed by external institutions.
The subject of the contract is delivery of 6 electric public transport vehicles (electrobuses) for Tyskie Linii Trolleybus Sp. z o.o. in Tychy. The offered vehicles must meet all the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475) which are not special vehicles specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 as amended). Delivered vehicles must have valid "Vehicle Type Approval Certificates" and other documents required by law necessary to complete the registration formalities by the Ordering Party.
